Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

IJRPAI uses a double-blind peer review system where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. This ensures impartial and objective evaluation of all submissions.

Process Flow:

Step 1: Submission & Initial Check
• Manuscript submitted through online system
• Editorial check for scope, formatting, and ethics
• Similarity check using plagiarism software
• Decision: Proceed to review or desk reject

Step 2: Reviewer Assignment
• 2–3 expert reviewers selected per manuscript
• Matching based on research expertise
• Conflict of interest checks performed

Step 3: Review Period (4–6 weeks)
• Reviewers evaluate manuscript anonymously
• Assessment based on originality, methodology, significance
• Detailed comments and recommendations provided

Step 4: Editorial Decision
Editor evaluates reviewer feedback and decides:
Accept – Ready for publication
Minor Revisions – Small changes needed
Major Revisions – Significant changes, re-review required
Reject – Not suitable for publication

Step 5: Author Revision (2–4 weeks)
• Authors receive reviewer comments
• Revisions made with point-by-point response
• Revised manuscript resubmitted

• Final editorial check
• Acceptance notification
• Copyediting and proofreading
• Online publication with DOI
